Airsoft Reloaded operates the Airsoft Reloaded mobile app and website. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

Information we collect

We may collect account details such as email address, username, profile photo, public general area, local airsoft site, approval status, and account settings.

We may collect listing content you submit, including item titles, descriptions, prices, conditions, categories, photos, contact preferences, and location details you choose to provide.

Private location data, such as postcode or device-derived coordinates, may be used for nearby sorting. Other users see only a general public area.

Messages, reports, and safety

Listings, listing images, messages, reports, blocked-user records, wishlist items, and seller-credit records are stored to provide marketplace features and safety moderation.

Reports and blocked-user activity may be reviewed by admin to investigate misuse, objectionable content, abusive conduct, fraud, or safety concerns.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchase and subscription records may include product IDs, store platform, transaction identifiers, receipt tokens, expiry dates, and entitlement status so listing access can be granted, restored, and checked.

Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Airsoft Reloaded does not store full card details.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the app, create and manage accounts, display listings, support buying and selling features, enable saved listings and messages, provide customer support, prevent misuse, moderate content, and maintain app safety and security.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers used to operate the app, including Firebase, Apple, Google, payment stores, analytics, hosting, moderation, and support tools where required. We may also share information if required by law or to protect users, our rights, or the safety of the service.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain safety and security. Account deletion is available in the app from Profile > Account deletion > Delete Account.

Your choices

You can update account information in the app where available. You can disable device permissions such as location or photo access through your device settings. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.

Children

Airsoft Reloaded is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
