Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Airsoft Marketplace mobile app and website (the “Service”), operated by Airsoft Marketplace (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to buy, sell, or list items on the Service. Airsoft replicas and related equipment are subject to age restrictions and other legal requirements in your country or region, and you are responsible for complying with them.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Listings and conduct

When creating listings, you agree to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, condition, and photos, and to only list items you have the legal right to sell. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale, purchase, and transport of airsoft equipment, including any restrictions on realistic imitation firearms (such as the requirement for a blaze-orange tip in the UK under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006, and equivalent rules elsewhere).

You may not use the Service to list prohibited items, firearms, ammunition capable of lethal use, or any item that is illegal to sell or possess in the buyer's or seller's location. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Transactions between users

Airsoft Marketplace provides a platform for users to connect, list, and arrange sales of airsoft equipment. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers and do not guarantee the condition, safety, legality, or delivery of any item. Users are responsible for verifying items and arranging payment and delivery or collection safely.

Fees

Certain listing types or features may involve a fee, which will be disclosed before you complete the relevant action. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by posting fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content, harassing other users, attempting to circumvent security measures, or using the Service for any purpose other than buying, selling, or browsing airsoft equipment.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is accurate or safe.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Airsoft Marketplace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from any transaction, dispute, or item exchanged between users.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us, other users, or third parties.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
